This picture speaks to me of peace and tranquility. I wish life always left us feeling that way. So often we live so much in the here and now, just being complacent and stagnate and learning to accept that as OK. Family and work commitments leave us on a treadmill of the same same thing day-in and day-out and we have learned to just not look too far forward.
But what if you want something more, or something different? Is it a waste of time to dream? No, but my question to you is “What are you going to do about it?” I have been in this place and I took steps to find my tools and mindsets where I can make positive changes in my life. Even more important to make a positive impact in the world around me. If I am out of balance in one area it seems to affect each area of my life. So who am I? Who is this lady who wants to walk with you through the positive changes in your life?
I am Ashley Spurgeon, living in The Houston area of TX. Not quite Houston, South East of it. I love that it is green all year round but not that today is predicted to have 98% humidity. That is my husband Todd. He is my rock and best friend. We both look kind of rough because we were on a trip to the Texas Hill Country. So there you have it, No makeup, comfortable clothes. That is usual. Well, except for the makeup.
We together have 4 kids ranging in ages of 13 to 30. And my fur baby Dom. He is still a puppy though almost 100 pounds. I love my dog, he makes sure I get out of a chair and active for a while. He is jealous of my computer time.
So, what would you like to know about me? I have had so many types of jobs in my life. Everything from being a waitress, to the Director of Marketing for a Houston Law firm. I have sold real estate, had a house cleaning business, a housewife, a counselor, and therapist, I had my own national web Design company for 10 years, and so many different things in between. I have a degree in psychology, human services management and marketing. Yes, I really enjoyed college. And of course years of life experience. I got into psychology because I have a real love of people. I wanted to know how they tick and how they can grow. I ran a residential drug and alcohol treatment center, and worked with women’s ministry. I have been a widow, divorced. I have had addictions in my family, have lived with domestic violence, and through all of this kept a handle on who I am and what I have to offer to others
I have had incredible successes in my life and also some monumental failures. I’m good with that. But I have, as a transformational coach, seen how to create a new path, new hopes, and dreams and to be continually moving forward to have the life I love.
Now, I get the pleasure of being a coach to people like me. People that want to follow their dreams. Individuals and groups who have been stuck and not sure how to regain momentum. You want to have a change but not at the risk of your family. You may be asking yourself, “If I make these changes that I want so bad, will they still accept me?”
In my coaching, we take a bold and brave approach. That means we seek the answers to questions not always visible. But those answers will change transform your life to the next level of the success you are seeking.
I so look forward to meeting you. Now that you know a little about me you can contact me to get started on your path of an entirely new way of looking at life, business, relationships, finances, yourself and others. I look forward to our upcoming time together. Now is the best time to make a commitment to yourself. Now is the time to find the value in yourself and your dreams.
Love and Blessings,
